Ingredients:
16 oz Jamaican aged blended rum with funk
56 oz Straight rye whiskey (100 proof /50% alc./vol.)
56 oz Armagnac brandy
56 oz Giffard Menthe Pastille white crème de menthe

Garnish: Lemon zest twist

How to make:

RINSE chilled glass with rum and set aside. STIR other ingredients with ice and strain into pre-rinsed glass (no ice in glass).

My Uncle liked Crème de Menthe I think he would have liked this.
Obviously it’s minty…
There’s more to it, toned down mint with the sweet liqueur mouthfeel reduced with more ‘hard’ spirit in there.

Far better than it has any right to be given the odd combination of ingredients. The Jamaican rum rinse is an inspired choice. Don't care for stingers but this is a great nightcap.
