Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

Method

STIR all ingredients with ice.

FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

this was pretty pleasant. demonstrated what a negroni is for (a nice big biting punch) but still delivered beautiful bitter sweet warm round flavours with the brightness of thee orange. a nice little low abv number

Made it with Campari, pleasantly bitter and tasty.

Modified because I only had Bruto Americano on hand for a Bitter Italian Red, which has an amplified woodsy finish. Lowered that to 15 mL, added 7.5 mL of dry curacao to reinforce the orange notes without too much sweetness, and threw in a couple of drops of saline solution. Very pleased with the result, even if it's Sharon's cousin :-D
