Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist.

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.

Adapted from a recipe created in 2021 by Matteo Carretta at Claridge's Hotel in London, England. Matteo's original recipe calls for 10ml acacia honey and xanthan gum syrup in place of the honey syrup I've used.

I made a mock rosso with 45 ml Cocchi Americano and 5 ml Punt e Mes. This was delicious. I'm often looking for moreish recipes with pink grapefruit, and this one hit the mark.
