Review:
Delicately smoky tart citrus enriched by subtle herbal complexity. A freshening aperitivo.
History:
Adapted from a recipe created in 2021 by Umberto Oliva at Bella Milano Bistrot in Milan, Italy. I've swapped the 5ml simple syrup in Umberto's original recipe for 10ml honey syrup, plus I've added drops of saline.
Alcohol content:
- 1.4 standard drinks
- 18.86% alc./vol. (37.72° proof)
