Ingredients:
1 12 oz Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack
14 oz Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
2 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
1 12 oz Brut champagne/sparkling wine
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. TOP up with sparkling wine.

Really nice and well balanced. Honey and calvados go well together.

Delightful cocktail. Flavours are subtle, but all work together very well. Champagne adds a nice soft touch.
