45 ml | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
7.5 ml | Cointreau triple sec liqueur |
22.5 ml | Bols Blue Curaçao |
7.5 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
5 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
22.5 ml | Milk (semi-skimmed/2% fat) |
