| 1 barspoon | Soy sauce |

| 4 fl oz | Tomato juice |

Prepare
- Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of lemongrass.
Method
- MUDDLE ginger with vodka in base of shaker.
- Squeeze wasabi paste onto bar spoon and STIR with vodka and ginger until dissolved.
- Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
Garnish
- Garnish with lemongrass.
