Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 slice Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice)
2 14 oz Akashi-Tai Daiginjo Genshu sake
1 12 oz Ketel One Vodka
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Fresh ginger slice

How to make:

MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Review:

Lightly spiced with ginger, distinctly oriental in character.
