How to make:
MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
2 slice | Root ginger (thumbnail sized slice) |
2 1/4 fl oz | Junmai ginjō sake |
1 1/2 fl oz | Ketel One Vodka |
1/4 fl oz | Sugar syrup (rich) 2 sugar to 1 water |
