Fresh ginger slice

How to make:

MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

2 slice Root ginger (thumbnail sized slice)
2 1/4 fl oz Junmai ginjō sake
1 1/2 fl oz Ketel One Vodka
1/4 fl oz Sugar syrup (rich) 2 sugar to 1 water
