Glass:

Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:

7 fresh	Basil leaves
2 fl oz	Chili pepper flavoured vodka
4 fl oz	Tomato juice
8 drop	Hot pepper sauce (red vinegar-based e.g. Tabasco)
1⁄2 fl oz	Cockburn's Tawny Eyes Port
4 dash	Worcestershire sauce
1⁄2 barspoon	Horseradish sauce
2 pinch	Celery salt
2 grind	Black pepper
1⁄2 fl oz	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

How to make:

1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
2. Prepare garnish of basil leaf.
3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
4. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
