Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
7 fresh Mint leaves
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
14 oz Bols Blue Curaçao
1 oz Lychee juice drink
14 oz Monin Grenadine Syrup
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Mint leaf

How to make:

Lightly MUDDLE mint (just to bruise) in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

Its a good cocktail, but I would prefer a more forward lychee taste; I may try adding some kwa fei

Agreed. The recipe should have said lychee juice rather than lychee syrup. Thanks to your comment, now corrected.
