How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

2 fl oz Rutte Dry Gin
1/2 fl oz Kwai Feh lychee liqueur
1/4 fl oz Lime cordial (sweetened lime juice)
1/4 fl oz Giffard Noir de Bourgogne Cassis
1/3 fl oz Chilled water (omit if using wet ice)

Originally named "Lychee & Blackcurrant Martini", this is a cocktail of its time - perhaps now best forgotten. Gin-forward with fruity notes of lychee and blackcurrant.
