Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
2 14 oz Blended Scotch whisky
1 oz Kwai Feh lychee liqueur
34 oz Ginger wine
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lychee.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Interesting combination. Made this with Monkey Shoulder and Rochester Ginger. Whisky is prominent, not much Kwai Fei or ginger flavour. There is a ginger heat though. May have a play with this one. Maybe use root ginger or ginger bitters if available.
