History:

The Vervet is a species of monkey with a white body and a black head and is the inspiration for this layered, faintly coffee and banana-influenced riff on a 20th Century cocktail. Fittingly, this cocktail finishes with enlivening coffee. Originally based on Monkey 47 Gin.
