Ingredients:
2 oz Patrón Reposado tequila
34 oz Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur
1 12 oz Pineapple juice
1 12 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Pineapple wedge

How to make:

SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda, DO NOT STIR and serve with straws.

Tried it one evening when I only had a mezcal available; do not attempt this at home! Ugh. Round two was with vodka, of which I just for some reason do not like the taste - but the drink was much better. Next time, it will be with a reposado. Taste as you add the coffee liqueur - watching for too much. Your pineapple juice needs to offset the coffee just right. If the pineapple was not giving you STRONG flavored juice, go easy on the coffee liqueur.

A more acceptable (and accurate) name might be a “Tall Mayan”?
