Reposado tequila and coffee liqueur are such a good match, and with pineapple providing sweeteners and foam this is a cracker.

Only three ingredients means quality tells, recommend making your own Espresso liqueur.

This is a good cocktail. I usually avoid cocktails with pineapple juice because they're usually too sweet for me, but this one has a very balanced flavour.

Sometimes you want something quick and simple to answer your want for pineapple juice and/or tequila, and this answers that hankering.

Mrs Jones returned from the supermarket with a pack of fresh pineapple chunks 90% off.
50g into the Nutribullet with 50g of Tequila and 20g Kahlua and a cube of ice.
Quick blend then into rocks glass with another cube of ice.
Nice head, but a bit brown.
Very tasty - quite dry despite the sweet Kahlua.
Starts Tequila and Pineapple, then the Kahlua kicks in.

This is indeed excellent, as per the prior reviews.
Was wondering if it would be too dessert-y with the Kahlúa, but no! A great tropical drink.

Used Tia Maria here. I also report delicious. Unlike my normal path -- I have zero plans to experiment with this one. Drinking it stock.

This was my first try with coffee liqueur (Vedrenne). I was very skeptical, but it was delicious
