Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
1 1⁄2 oz | Patrón Reposado tequila |
1⁄2 oz | Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur |
1 1⁄2 oz | Pineapple juice |
Tequila, coffee and pineapple combine harmoniously in this medium-dry cocktail.
Served straight-up this becomes a Mayan 'Martini' and served long with soda this is a Mayan whore.

Only three ingredients means quality tells, recommend making your own Espresso liqueur.
50g into the Nutribullet with 50g of Tequila and 20g Kahlua and a cube of ice.
Quick blend then into rocks glass with another cube of ice.
Nice head, but a bit brown.
Very tasty - quite dry despite the sweet Kahlua.
Starts Tequila and Pineapple, then the Kahlua kicks in.
Was wondering if it would be too dessert-y with the Kahlúa, but no! A great tropical drink.
