Review:

Jason's original recipe calls for 45ml (1½oz) rhum agricole and 30ml (1oz) peach aperitif and I suspect used 40% alc./vol. rhum so I have reformulated to account for my use of 50% rhum agricole.

Great rhum agricole cocktail. While I like all types of rum/rhum, the cocktail does have a jarring punch on the first sip. Let it breathe a little. All the ingredients mellow into a delightful and refreshing cocktail. Powerful and strong.
