How to make:
MUDDLE onion in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
|2 ring||Fresh red onion|
|1 fl oz||Akashi-Tai Daiginjo Genshu sake|
|2 fl oz||Hayman's London Dry Gin|
|3 dash||Orange Bitters by Angostura|
|1/6 fl oz||Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)|

Certainly one of the most obscure Martini variations - drinkable, but leaves you with onion breath.
