How to make:
MUDDLE onion in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
2 ring | Fresh red onion |
1 fl oz | Akashi-Tai Daiginjo Genshu sake |
2 fl oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
3 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
1/6 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |

Reputed to have been created at the Bamboo Bar, Bangkok, Thailand.
