30 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
7.5 ml | Orange Curaçao liqueur |
7.5 ml | Vanilla simple syrup 1:1 (homemade) |
15 ml | Monin Ginger Syrup |
30 ml | Cockburn's Tawny Eyes Port |
60 ml | Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years |
30 ml | Overproof aged rum (not Jamaican style) |
120 ml | Chilled water |
