Ingredients:
1 23 oz Akvavit / Aquavit
23 oz Rosé/rosato vermouth
13 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
3 drop Orange blossom water / Orange flower water
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Review:

Go easy on the orange blossom water – 3 drips from a pipette is plenty. Strike the right balance and you'll have a delicately floral aquavit sour.
