1/4 fl oz	Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water) 65.0°Brix
7 drop	Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
4 fl oz	Chilled water/mineral water

Garnish: Rosemary sprig

It's just like a normal absinthe + chilled water
The absinthe is too dominating
maybe a higher ppm peated whisky next time

Unlikely bedfellows - but it works!! Interesting that it doesn’t turn white… The pungency of both the peated malt and absinthe are balanced out in this combination making a smooth, long aperitivo.
