Ingredients:
56 oz Torabhaig Peated Single Malt Whisky
23 oz La Fée Parisienne absinthe
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
7 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
4 oz Chilled water
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

POUR all ingredients into glass. Fill with ice and briefly stir.

It's just like a normal absinthe + chilled water
The absinthe is too dominating
maybe a higher ppm peated whisky next time

Unlikely bedfellows - but it works!! Interesting that it doesn’t turn white… The pungency of both the peated malt and absinthe are balanced out in this combination making a smooth, long aperitivo.
