How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a chunk of block ice).

1/24 fl oz | La Fée Parisienne absinthe |

Review:
Peated whisky sits brilliantly with the floral elderflower notes in this late-night sipper. Absinthe plays an important role and I like with as much four times the quarter bar spoon I've stipulated in this recipe.
