Ingredients:
1 14 fl oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 fl oz Mirabelle (yellow plum) eau-de-vie
12 fl oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
12 fl oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
14 fl oz Orange Curaçao liqueur
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Dry as the Sahara. Multitude of flavours. Not for the light-hearted.

Rather wet as the River Spree, for a Martini. But delicious.
I suggest cutting down the vermouths and the Curaçao by one third for the drier palates. And adding a dash of plum bitters. Garnish with a fan of plum slices if in season.
