Glass:

Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
6 fresh Blackberries
1 fl oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 fl oz Giffard Vanille de Madagascar
3 fl oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
14 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
14 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
12 fl oz Joseph Cartron Double Crème de Cassis de Bourgogne

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel.

How to make:

  1. MUDDLE blackberries in in base of shaker.
  2. Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with lemon slice wheel.

I didn't have blackberries on hand, but I waited to try this anyway and damn is it still delicious

Overtones of a Bramble but without the tartness of the lemon. I can imagine this going down a treat on a Summer's day as it's a well balanced drink. It slips down easily.
