1 oz | Hayman's London Dry Gin |
1⁄2 oz | Giffard Vanille de Madagascar |
3 oz | Cranberry juice (sweetened) |
1⁄4 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄4 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
1⁄2 oz | Joseph Cartron Double Crème de Cassis de Bourgogne |
Garnish: Lemon slice
MUDDLE blackberries in in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice.
Long, red, fruity, vanilla.
