Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
6 fresh Blackberries
1 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 oz Giffard Vanille de Madagascar
3 oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
14 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
14 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
12 oz Joseph Cartron Double Crème de Cassis de Bourgogne

Garnish: Lemon slice

How to make:

MUDDLE blackberries in in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into glass filled with crushed ice.

Overtones of a Bramble but without the tartness of the lemon. I can imagine this going down a treat on a Summer's day as it's a well balanced drink. It slips down easily.
