How to make:
Muddle strawberries in base of shaker. Add other ingredients except for the cream soda, Shake with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Add cream soda.
1 1/3 fl oz | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
1/3 fl oz | Yellow Chartreuse liqueur |
2/3 fl oz | Verjuice |
1 2/3 fl oz | Cream soda (vanilla soda) |
4 fresh | Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe) |
1/3 fl oz | Bittersweet orange-red aperitivo |

Tips:
Riesling verjuice is recommended, it's has higher acidity.

Concept came from looking at our in house cocktail, which are more complex to make and figuring out how to translate into drink that be able to be made at home with obtainable.
