1 oz White overproof rum (unaged Jamaican/funky)
2 oz Ginger wine

How to make:

POUR all ingredients into glass filled with crushed ice and briefly churn (stir).

This is a variant of Wray and Nephew with ginger ale which they serve in the Caribbean. Worth a try, but it's pretty boozy. I think the original is better.
