Serve in a Collins glass
8 fresh | Raspberries |
1 1⁄2 oz | Tennessee whiskey |
1 oz | Disaronno amaretto |
1 1⁄2 oz | Cranberry juice (sweetened) |
1⁄2 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 1⁄3 oz | Thomas Henry Ginger Beer |
Garnish: Raspberries
MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker. Add next four ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with ginger beer, lightly stir and serve with straws.
A berry rich cocktail laced with whiskey, flavoured with Amaretto and topped with ginger beer.
Adapted in 2003 from a recipe Alex Kammerling created for TGI Friday's UK. Named partly for the ingredients and partly as a reference to Jack Daniel's proprietor (and nephew), Lemuel Motlow, who took up mule trading during Prohibition.
