Ingredients:
1 fresh Passion fruit (fresh)
1 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 oz Passoã passion fruit liqueur
12 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
23 oz Pineapple juice
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel.
  3. Cut a passion fruit in half and scoop the flesh and seeds form each half into shaker.
  4. Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  5. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  6. Garnish with lemon slice wheel.

Good — would be great if I had had better ingredients on hand. Using canned pineapple juice and tinned passionfruit isn't helpful here since the fruit should be the star. We added a squeeze of lemon to each drink to cut through some of the sugar/fake taste, which was nice.

Used Grand M. instead. No fresh fruit so 20ml Passion puree worked great.

I made a very similar cocktail 12 years ago with orange bitters pineapple juice passoa and gin and has been in my menue book ever since ive even entered it in to competions ........
