Prepare

Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.

Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.

FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Had to adjust this for sweetness -

60ml Vodka
15ml Southern Comfort
30ml Lemon Juice
10ml 1/1 Sugar Syrup

Much improved, for my tastes at least

Used SoCo 100. I think it is the better one of all the available Southern Comforts. Very citrus forward with a slight dark fruit and cinnamon at the end from the SoCo.
PS: Southern Comfort 100 is sneaky strong.
