Ingredients:
1 12 oz Monkey Shoulder Fresh Monkey
23 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Luxardo Apricot Albicocca Liqueur
13 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
23 oz Egg white
1 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
1 12 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Orange slice wheel

How to make:

DRY SHAKE first 6 ingredients. SHAKE again with ice and strain into chilled glass (without ice). TOP with soda, or, ideally, strain cocktail into glass as you pour the soda.
