2 oz BarSol Mosto Verde Italia Pisco
12 oz Joseph Cartron Double Crème de Cassis de Bourgogne
14 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 12 oz Thomas Henry Ginger Ale

Garnish: Skewered lime wedge and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry

How to make:

SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass. TOP with ginger ale and fill glass with ice.

Fun fact: there is an old spanish cocktail with the same name, but it has sweet anise liqueur (I don't know if you can make it with a dry one) and brandy in a 50/50 proportion.

I totally agree 40/50 ml of ginger ale instrad of 75 ml.
