12 oz Kirschwasser (cherry) eau-de-vie
12 oz Spiced Pear liqueur
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of submerged lime wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

History:

Adapted from a recipe created in 2021 by Jason E. Clapham at the St. Edward's MCR at Oxford, England. Jason says, "The name refers to the Pisco Sour which travelled with Peruvians to San Francisco where, for a time, it rivalled the popularity of Pisco Punch."
