How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients, including grapefruit zest (Regal Shake), with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
2 fl oz | Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old) |
1 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
3/4 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
1 swath | Grapefruit peel/zest |

Review:
Shaking this Daiquiri with wide grapefruit zest (Regal Shake) has a surprisingly dramatic effect on the finished cocktail which could be confused for a Grapefruit Daiquiri. The first few sips are delicious but this Daiquiri quickly becomes overly zesty and sour.
