How to make:
Lightly MUDDLE mint (just to bruise) in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

|Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
|3/4 fl oz
|Giffard Orgeat Syrup
|1/2 fl oz
|Chilled water (omit if using wet ice)
