Glass:

Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
5 fresh Mint leaves
2 fl oz Bison grass vodka
1 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
34 fl oz Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup
12 fl oz Chilled water/mineral water omit if using wet ice
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of mint sprig

How to make:

  1. Gently MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise).
  2. Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with mint sprig.

Recipe contains the following allergens:

  • Orgeat (almond) sugar syrup (2:1) - Nuts

History:

Created in May 2002 by Phillip Jeffrey at the GE Club, London, England. He made it for a friend called Zelda - the name really wouldn't have worked if she'd been called Tracy.

Just revisited this long time favorite with the last of my home made sweet grass vodka. Must make some more. While this drink is still good with the imitation Bison grass vodka available in the States it's far away better with the real thing. ☆☆☆☆☆♡
