How to make:
POUR Fernet Branca into frozen glass, swirl round and DISCARD. MUDDLE raisins with cognac in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

2 fl oz | Rémy Martin 1738 Cognac |
1/6 fl oz | Coffee liqueur |
1/4 fl oz | Maple syrup |
1 fl oz | Chilled water (reduce if wet ice) |
