How to make

Serve in a Fizz or Highball (8oz to 10oz)

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a FIZZ OR HIGHBALL (8OZ TO 10OZ) GLASS.
Prepare garnish of length of lime peel.

Method

SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
TOP with soda.

Did this with 1.5 oz Tanqueray, 1.5 oz Giffard Abricot, 0.75 oz lime juice, and a 5 oz of Fever Tree Club Soda. Quite well-balanced IMO: Gin and lime flavors up front, and the apricot comes in on the finish.
