1 fl oz Elderflower liqueur
2 fl oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
3/4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
