How to make:
STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
1 1/2 fl oz | Straight rye whiskey (100 proof /50% alc./vol.) |
3/4 fl oz | Averna Amaro |
1/4 fl oz | Rhum Clément Créole Shrubb liqueur |
2 dash | Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters |

Adapted from a recipe created by Chris Hannah at Arnaud's French 75 Bar in New Orleans, USA and named during the 2010 Mardi Gras when be served the cocktail to singer and song writer Mac Rebennack (a.k.a. Dr. John) at a Krewe de Vieux event.
