Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 12 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
1 dash La Fée Parisienne absinthe
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Lemon zest twist

How to make:

STIR gin and vermouth with ice and strain into chilled glass. Carefully POUR 'spot' of absinthe into centre of the drink.

Really liked this martini. Being a big fan of Absinthe, did use a bit more than a dash (maybe 2 or 3). You get the great herbal flavours and a wonderful hint of the absinthe.
