2 ¹⁄₂ fl oz	Hayman's London Dry Gin (from freezer)
¹⁄₂ fl oz	Strucchi Dry Vermouth (chilled)
1 dash	La Fée Parisienne absinthe

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Martini glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

Method

STIR first 2 ingredients with ice.
STRAIN into chilled glass.
Carefully POUR 'spot' of absinthe into centre of the cocktail.

Garnish

EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Really liked this martini. Being a big fan of Absinthe, did use a bit more than a dash (maybe 2 or 3). You get the great herbal flavours and a wonderful hint of the absinthe.
