Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
34 oz Aromatized wine (e.g. Lillet Blanc)
12 oz Ambrato/ambre/amber vermouth
2 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
× 1 1 serving
Read about cocktail measures and measuring

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

How to make:

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Wanted a drier version so substituted the amber vermouth with dry vermouth. Great and very flavourful.

Perfect wet martini. Just a hint of sweetness and the trace of orange. Huge burst of herbal flavours.
