Ingredients:
1 23 oz Caribbean blended rum aged 6-10 years
1 oz Nux Alpina Walnut Liqueur
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of walnut.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Pleasant but not that memorable, Nocello is so good on its own its almost a crime to mix it with anything, but to me it goes better with creme type drinks like alexanders etc. instead of citrus. Has a wonderful nose though and well balanced.
