Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
22.5 ml Aperol Aperitivo
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
7.5 ml Monin Basil sugar syrup
22.5 ml Fabbri Mixyfruit Passion Fruit Puree
10 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan)
