Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
5 fresh Mint leaves
2 oz Bison grass vodka
13 oz Disaronno amaretto
1 12 oz Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened)
× 1 1 serving
Read about cocktail measures and measuring

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare mint leaf for garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with mint leaf.

Tried again with half the amaretto Andy was fantastic: you can taste the bison grass an the mint.

Not quite balanced I think: the amaretto dominates a little too much. Halve it is my preference.

I agree; it was a little amaretto-heavy. I've knocked back to 10ml (1/3oz). Many thanks for the feedback.
