Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Bison grass vodka
1 oz Ketel One Vodka
23 oz Elderflower liqueur
12 oz Strucchi Dry Vermouth
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Revisiting and found on the sweet side, so added an extra 5ml each of the bison and vermouth, putting more of the martini back into it. Overall lovely balance of the floral and sweet with herbal and mineral.

Changing it up, swapped in Reyka vodka for Grey Goose, and Fiorente for st Germain. Both helped reduce the sweetness issue, the vodka especially i think. Ketel one potentially even better but not in my cupboard tonight.

Loved it as per recipe: bison gras vodka adds grassy, peppery and vanilla background that lifts it above vodka martinis

Very nice cocktail. Is a bit on the sweet side. Did add a few drops of orange bitters, but still a little sweet for our tastes. Would probably take the advice below and add a 1/4 oz lemon
