Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Grappa di Moscato
12 oz Disaronno amaretto
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
1 oz Espresso coffee (freshly brewed & hot)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of coffee beans.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Very interesting flavors combination. A bit sweet, not in the bad way though. If someone likes drier drink, maybe ¼ - ⅓ oz rich syrup.
