How to make:
MUDDLE kumquats in base of shaker. Add next three ingredients, shake and fine strain into a chilled glass. FLOAT wine.
5 fresh | Kumquats (chopped) |
1 1/2 fl oz | Bepi Tosolini Grappa di Moscato |
1 1/4 fl oz | Elderflower liqueur |
1/4 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
1/4 fl oz | Merlot red wine |
