How to make:
MUDDLE kumquats in base of shaker. Add next three ingredients, shake and fine strain into a chilled glass. FLOAT wine.

|1 1⁄2 fl oz||Bepi Tosolini Grappa di Moscato|
|1 1⁄4 fl oz||St Germain Elderflower Liqueur|
|1⁄4 fl oz||Giffard Sugar Cane Syrup|
|1⁄4 fl oz||Merlot red wine|
