Serve in a Martini glass
5 fresh | Kumquats (chopped) |
1 1⁄2 oz | Grappa di Moscato |
1 1⁄4 oz | Elderflower liqueur |
1⁄4 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
1⁄4 oz | Merlot red wine |
Garnish: Orange zest twist (discarded) & white grapes
MUDDLE kumquats in base of shaker. Add next three ingredients, shake and fine strain into a chilled glass. FLOAT wine.
