5 fresh Kumquats (chopped)
shot Bepi Tosolini Grappa di Moscato
shot St Germain Elderflower Liqueur BUY
¼ shot Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
¼ shot Merlot red wine

How to make:

MUDDLE kumquats in base of shaker. Add next three ingredients, shake and fine strain into a chilled glass. FLOAT wine.


Orange zest twist (discarded) & white grapes


Looks great and, with the citrus freshness of kumquat combined with the oily character of grappa, it also tastes great.
