⁵⁄₆ fl oz	Pallini Limoncello liqueur
⁵⁄₆ fl oz	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
¹⁄₆ fl oz	Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water) 65.0°Brix
¹⁄₃ fl oz	Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dash Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Coupe glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist (expressed & discarded) & lime wedge on rim .

Method

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
DRY SHAKE (without ice).
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Isn't this really just a Margherita?

This was good and perfect for how we were using the cocktail. It is margarita-like, and interesting on its own. Not overly sweet.

I used 2 dashes of lemon bitters and I did lemon simple syrup - it was delish!

Doesn't do much, the grappa flavor works with the lemon but it didn't create anything special. Added some grapefruit bitters

Thanks for bringing this old recipe to my attention. I've revisited and rebalanced the recipe. May still benefit from some citrus bitters.
