Ingredients:
1 14 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
12 oz Pink grapefruit (pamplemousse rose) syrup
14 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
1 oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
0.08 oz Honey syrup (3 parts honey to 1 water by weight)
2 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.

Some Cosmos can be cloying, but this had a nice bitterness to balance the sweet. A great drink to sip in the pool on a very hot Florida afternoon.
