Ingredients:
34 oz Rhum Clément Blanc
34 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
12 oz Ketel One Citroen Vodka
1 oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of coin-sized orange zest (flamed).
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS flamed lemon zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.

Not like most Cosmos as they are too sweet, we made this is unsweetened Cranberry Juice. Cocktail was perfect. Still a little sweet, but not noticeable. One of our new favourites.
