We really enjoyed this...but think it works better with a Vermouth Amaro, such as Cocchi. This avoids the vanilla that intrudes too much on too many Italian Rosso Vermouths.

Really tasty. A little on the syrupy side, but otherwise a solid drink.

Maybe even better than the Gin version. Adorable!

Pretty cool drink. The vermouth definitely doesn't drown out the other ingredients. You get the grassy notes from the rhum up front, followed by sweet orange from the curacao and some spice from the Ango in the mid palate, with the vermouth finishing it all off. Definitely a try-once at least.

Pretty awful. Nothing against sweet vermouth but don't waste the other ingredients by drowning them.

I agree entirely. It lacks an edge.
