This is the kind of cocktail that deserves to be revisited again and again with as many amaros and mezcal/tequila as you can handle. I made it with Sicilian amaro averna and I really liked it, it makes the flavors of the amaro shine.
I changed the bianco to lillet blanc. With the lemon zest, a citrusy and very refreshing negroni was made. I loved this.
I paired it with orange cake. It’s incredible how the orange popped on the palate. Minimal, light and precise.
Maybe even better than the Gin version. Adorable!
Swap the rum for cachaça and you'll have an amazing drink too

I tried with Cointreau instead of Maraschino. Harmonizing with 60% cocoa chocolate and caramelized salt. Surreal
I love minimalist cocktails and in this one I took the liberty of giving a flavor upgrade by infusing the campari with strawberries. It was magnificent.
Dangerously delicious. The sweetness of Old Tom in this well-balanced cocktail makes it seem like there isn't even any alcohol
One of the best drinks I've ever tried with rum. I just changed the simple syrup to agave and the garnish I preferred to crust the edge with salt and a mix of peppers (white, black and pink) It was sublime!
